Pro-Tips for Hot & Iced Chai

Technique & Troubleshooting

Lumpy Chai (Powder): Always whisk powder into a smooth paste with a little liquid first. All our chai are nasty free, so some sediment at the bottom of your cup is normal!
Chai Too Mild: Use more chai or increase the steeping time for Sticki Chai.
Chai Too Spicy: Add more milk or a touch of sweetener to balance the flavour.

Milk & Garnish

Milk Options: Both chai types pair well with Dairy, Oat (creamy), Almond (nutty), Soy milk, and Tiger Milk (Neutral tasting & Creamy).
Garnish Ideas: Finish with a sprinkle of chai dust, cinnamon, or a star anise for presentation.

Storage & Freshness

Store all chai products in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, to maintain freshness. Use within 2 years for the best flavour.
