Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return any new, unused, and unopened item within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can choose either:

Store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Tea Journeys will cover:

The cost of replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

Return Eligibility
Tea Journeys Consumables, Teaware & Third-Party Brands
To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be in their original packaging.

Be unused and in resalable condition (unless faulty).

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are generally processed within 2 weeks.
This timeframe includes:

Shipping time back to our warehouse

Return inspection and processing

Bank processing time
Many refunds are completed sooner.
Warranty
Glassware, Ceramic & Bamboo Teaware
Glass, ceramic and bamboo products are not covered by warranty once they have been used.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Unless specifically stated on the product packaging, these products are not dishwasher safe.
Stainless Steel Components
This includes items such as:

Tea infuser baskets

Strainers
-
Brewing mechanisms
These components are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Electrical Products & Other Teaware
Eligible electrical products and applicable teaware are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse

Accidental damage
-
Improper care or handling
-
Normal wear and tear
Consumables & Other Faulty Products
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@teajourneys.com.au and include:

Items Damaged During Transit
Although we take great care in packaging your order, items may occasionally be damaged during shipping.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take the damaged item to your local Australia Post outlet for assessment and to lodge a damage claim.
Once the claim has been lodged, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
