Return or Exchange of goods from change of mind

Tea Journeys Consumables, Teaware, and Third-Party Brands

Goods must be in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by Tea Journeys.

  • You are eligible for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  • You are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 8-14 days of your delivery.
  • After 14 days: unfortunately, we are unable to offer any return or exchange.

Warranty

Tea Journeys Teaware (Glassware & Ceramics & Bamboo)

No warranty applies to teaware materials (Glass & Ceramic & Bamboo) after use. If the product arrives faulty, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your goods. These items are not dishwasher safe unless specifically stated on the product packaging.

Tea Journeys Glassware & Ceramic Stainless Steel Components

This includes teaware mechanisms and strainer baskets, and is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.

Electronics & other teaware

12 month warranty applies for eligible faults, not caused by misuse of the consumer.

Consumable & other faulty goods

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@teajourneys.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product/ issue.

Item broken during transit

We do our best to get your item to you in one piece. Unfortunately goods can sometimes arrive broken. To receive a replacement from us, you must bring your broken goods to a LPO Australian Post to review your goods and generate a claim. Once this is complete, your replacement can be sent.
