Short answer. It depends on the tea and how it is stored.
To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.
How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
The caffeine content of tea varies depending on factors like water temperature and steeping time. On average:
Black tea: 40-70 mg per cup
Green tea: 20-45 mg per cup
Oolong tea: 30-50 mg per cup
White tea: 15-30 mg per cup
Yellow tea: 30-50 mg per cup
Herbal: 0 mg (naturally caffeine-free)

These liquid Chais are great!! Just a centimetre of it in a glass and fill with ice cold or hot milk and it’s ready to go .. no cooking on the stove or boiling a jug! I’m using it for iced chai with cold milk and ice it’s delicious

This is so easy for a delicious cold iced chai .. you literally pour some of the liquid into a glass maybe a centimetre then just top with icy cold milk and that’s it!! Add some ice if you want to so good and so quick to make .. I’m hooked
