Asia Beauty is a smooth and toasty Oolong tea with undertones of caramel and stone fruit that comes straight from the famous southeast coast province of China, Fujian.

The Story
The history of Oolong tea can be traced back to the Fujian province of China during the early Qing Dynasty (around the 17th century). Legend has it that the creation of Oolong tea was accidental and attributed to a tea farmer named Wu Liang. He discovered tea leaves on a tea bush after a long journey and decided to share them with others, leading to the development of the unique processing method for Oolong tea.
Oolong teas are known for their diverse flavour profiles, which can range from floral and creamy to fruity and toasty, depending on factors like the tea plant varietal, growing conditions, and processing methods.

Short answer. It depends on the tea and how it is stored.
To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.
How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?
The caffeine content of tea varies depending on factors like water temperature and steeping time. On average:
Black tea: 40-70 mg per cup
Green tea: 20-45 mg per cup
Oolong tea: 30-50 mg per cup
White tea: 15-30 mg per cup
Yellow tea: 30-50 mg per cup
Herbal: 0 mg (naturally caffeine-free)
