The Story
Brewing this herbal symphony releases the full orchestra of flavours—a cup that resonates with the balance of Mate's energy, Herb Robert's vibrancy, Ginkgo's wisdom, Gotu Kola's serenity, Ashwagandha's grounding, Oat Straw's nourishment, Rose Root's floral heartbeat, Peppermint and Thyme's herbal waltz, and Rose Petal's final flourish. It can be substituted for that "sports drink" in drink bottles when competing. Ideal for bike bidons. Try also Sunset Blaze as a wonderful replacement for oversweet sports drinks.

Peppermint Tea at IPAC Wollongong – A Surprising Delight
I had a cup of peppermint tea at IPAC Wollongong in the late afternoon, just before a show. Since I had to drive home afterwards, I skipped the tempting bubbly drinks and went for something refreshing and light. The peppermint tea was the perfect choice.
Even though it came in a tea bag, the flavour was incredibly full and vibrant — far beyond what I expected. Curious, I checked the tea bag in the pot and was pleasantly surprised to see it packed with real peppermint leaves.
The cup truly refreshed me and lifted my mood. I felt more awake and relaxed, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A simple cup of peppermint tea turned out to be the perfect pre-show companion.
