Bucket Beans - Tomerong
These coffee beans were never harmed by wood choppers! Instead, they were carefully coaxed to maturity, becoming ripe cherries by dexterous fingers to prepare the drinker for the ultimate coffee experience.
ORIGINS: PNG, Guatemala, Ethiopia Guji G3 and Colombia Supremo
FLAVOUR: Locals in Tomerong are made tough. The flavour we've crafted in this coffee reflects the personality of the wonderful residents of this bushy seaside village. It carries sovereign chocolate notes with a few hidden sweeter plum, almost raisin subtleties that you'll find as you descend down one delicious sip after another.
Set grind and have machine pouring a nice extraction. If time is off, then adjust the dosage afterwards, ie up to 0.5grams is manageable.
