Our quality Mountain Green tea is a great all-rounder green, light and refreshing in taste. Enjoy hot, and it's also delicious brewed ambient temperature and served cold.
Ingredients: Green Tea Origin: Zhejiang, China Flavour Profile: Aromatic, Grassy, Slightly Sweet, Refreshing, Nutty, Seaweed Caffeine: Moderate 3-5g, 70- 80°c, 5+ minutes We would recommend brewing for a longer time period, until you reach the flavour profile you like.

Peppermint Tea at IPAC Wollongong – A Surprising Delight
I had a cup of peppermint tea at IPAC Wollongong in the late afternoon, just before a show. Since I had to drive home afterwards, I skipped the tempting bubbly drinks and went for something refreshing and light. The peppermint tea was the perfect choice.
Even though it came in a tea bag, the flavour was incredibly full and vibrant — far beyond what I expected. Curious, I checked the tea bag in the pot and was pleasantly surprised to see it packed with real peppermint leaves.
The cup truly refreshed me and lifted my mood. I felt more awake and relaxed, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A simple cup of peppermint tea turned out to be the perfect pre-show companion.
