To my surprise !
I didn't know much about this tea but a friend mentioned it was good for lung health....just getting over a cold and tried it. Enjoyed the taste with a small teaspoon of honey.

To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.
