Great customer service as my first order came shattered, I felt as shattered as the bottle, I contacted customer service and it was so kindly delt with with in minutes , it was quickly replaced and on its way that day , quick delivery and in one piece . Short answer. It depends on the tea and how it is stored.

To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.

How much caffeine is there in a cup of tea?

The caffeine content of tea varies depending on factors like water temperature and steeping time. On average:

  • Black tea: 40-70 mg per cup
  • Green tea: 20-45 mg per cup
  • Oolong tea: 30-50 mg per cup
  • White tea: 15-30 mg per cup
  • Yellow tea: 30-50 mg per cup
  • Herbal: 0 mg (naturally caffeine-free)
