The Story
Lemongrass, ginger, and hibiscus tea is a flavourful and vibrant herbal infusion that brings together the citrusy notes of lemongrass, the warmth of ginger, and the tartness of hibiscus. Lemongrass has roots in Southeast Asian cuisines and traditional medicine. It's widely used in Thai, Vietnamese, and other Asian cuisines for its citrusy flavour. Ginger has a rich history in various cultures for both culinary and medicinal purposes. It's prized for its warm, spicy flavour and is used in traditional remedies for its potential anti-inflammatory properties. Hibiscus flowers have cultural and symbolic significance in various regions. They are the national flower of several countries and are used in ceremonies and celebrations. Lemon Zinger blend is an example of how traditional ingredients can be creatively combined to create a unique & delicious pretty pink drink.

Peppermint Tea at IPAC Wollongong – A Surprising Delight
I had a cup of peppermint tea at IPAC Wollongong in the late afternoon, just before a show. Since I had to drive home afterwards, I skipped the tempting bubbly drinks and went for something refreshing and light. The peppermint tea was the perfect choice.
Even though it came in a tea bag, the flavour was incredibly full and vibrant — far beyond what I expected. Curious, I checked the tea bag in the pot and was pleasantly surprised to see it packed with real peppermint leaves.
The cup truly refreshed me and lifted my mood. I felt more awake and relaxed, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A simple cup of peppermint tea turned out to be the perfect pre-show companion.
