Panela is made from the simple process of crushing whole sugar cane. Whilst amassing and just beginning to ferment it is quickly dehydrated leaving all the natural vitamins and minerals in place. With low acidy, panela will help retain the natural flavour of foods without altering the flavour structure. Panela is full of potassium and is a great source of slower releasing energy for athletes. Used to both bake and add to your favourite beverages, this is a winning product.
