Panela is made from the simple process of crushing whole sugar cane. Whilst amassing and just beginning to ferment it is quickly dehydrated leaving all the natural vitamins and minerals in place. With low acidy, panela will help retain the natural flavour of foods without altering the flavour structure. Panela is full of potassium and is a great source of slower releasing energy for athletes. I absolutely love this spicy dandelion chai tea. It’s dense so that I think it’s easier to use. I often add it to my normal herbal teas for a bit of a zing. I love this product as it’s so versatile. Thanks again for getting it to me before Christmas. Much appreciated for the effort.

Deep dark and full bodied
I could say that I like my tea deep and full bodied with a touch of Irish and that would be correct. This tea was for my hubby. Irish breakfast is a difficult tea to find and so glad tea journeys have it. It’s a rich strong full bodied tea. Perfect for a wake up cuppa for breakfast. Again thanks tea journeys for getting it to me before Christmas. Awesome effort.
