Splash Into Iced Tea Season! - Blue Peakcock - Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5g (1 Tbsp) Blue Pea Flower
  • 10g (2Tbsp) White Peony King
  • 3 strands lemon zest
  • Handful slapped mint
  • 5-8gm (1-2 tsp) simple syrup to taste
  • 1 large Ice block

Methods:

Place both tea and pea flower in strainer basket. Add ambient water and place in fridge for min. 8 hours (max. 12 hours) with cap on firmly. Remove basket and pour over one large block ice, curled lemon zest and smacked mint leaves.
