Splash Into Iced Tea Season! - Peach Beach - Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 20g (4 Tbsp) Caramel Rooibos
  • 60ml peach simple syrup*
  • 8 slices of fresh peach
  • 60ml tequila
  • 1.5 cup ice

Methods:

Place Rooibos and 4 slices of peach into strainer basket. Fill with ambient water. Place in fridge for min. 8 hours (max. 12 hours) with cap on firmly. Remove basket and add all other ingredients including ice. Shake for 20 seconds with just lid on. Pour into martini glasses with a wedge of fresh peach in each glass to garnish.

*To make peach simple syrup: 1 fresh peach pealed, 80ml water, 2 table spoons of raw sugar. Make reduction medium heat for 5 minutes. Strain to a beaker.
