The tea leaves are often picked in the early spring, and the young tea buds and leaves are covered in fine golden hairs, resembling monkey paws. To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.
