Maojian Tips Green tea is a delicate tasting green tea with a sweetly vegetal taste that gets increasingly pungent the longer the infusion.
Ingredients: Green Tea Origin: Hunan Province - China Flavour Profile: Nutty, Aromatic, Grassy, Refreshing, Slightly Sweet Caffeine: Moderate Brewing Guide/ Directions of use: 3-5g, 70- 80°c, 5+ minutes We would recommend brewing for a longer time period, until you reach the flavour profile you like.

The Story
Maojian green tea from Hunan Province, China, is a variety of Chinese green tea that shares some characteristics with other Maojian teas but has its own unique flavour profile influenced by the local terroir and production methods in Hunan. Like other Maojian teas, the leaves are characterised by fine, downy hairs, which give the appearance of tiny white tips. This contributes to the tea's name "Maojian," which translates to "Fur Tips." Maojian Green Tips tea is known for its fresh, nutty, crisp, and slightly sweet flavour. It is enjoyed in traditional tea ceremonies and is valued for its quality.

Peppermint Tea at IPAC Wollongong – A Surprising Delight
I had a cup of peppermint tea at IPAC Wollongong in the late afternoon, just before a show. Since I had to drive home afterwards, I skipped the tempting bubbly drinks and went for something refreshing and light. The peppermint tea was the perfect choice.
Even though it came in a tea bag, the flavour was incredibly full and vibrant — far beyond what I expected. Curious, I checked the tea bag in the pot and was pleasantly surprised to see it packed with real peppermint leaves.
The cup truly refreshed me and lifted my mood. I felt more awake and relaxed, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A simple cup of peppermint tea turned out to be the perfect pre-show companion.
