TIPS
Mix chai syrup into a protein shake with 1 ripe banana, vanilla protein powder and plant based milk for a chai-flavoured fitness booster.
Drizzle chai syrup over a bowl of overnight oats mixed with diced apples and walnuts for a flavourful breakfast.
Add chai syrup to muffins, cakes, or pancake batter to infuse them with chai flavour. Start with replacing part of the sugar in the recipe with chai syrup.

To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.

The caffeine content of tea varies depending on factors like water temperature and steeping time. On average:
