1. Use a temperature controlled teapot and follow brewing parameters for each type of tea (If unsure refer to our website: each tea/herbal is listed with best brew parameters)
    2. Use porcelain teapots with a round shape and preferable stainless steel large removable basket. Porcelain as a material allows the leaves to maintain temperature control which facilitates the measured release of flavour from the botanical as its reaches maximum flavour balance
    3. Use tea cups! Don't be lazy and use coffee cups. Look for thinner lips (almost like a wine glass) that allows you to pick up the nuances and characteristics of each tea much like a wine.
