The flavour of Bulang teas offers a larger initial bitter mouth feel - this comes from both the altitude in which the botanicals are grown, but also due to the provenance, age of the tea trees and the soil type. This “bitter” mouth feel gives way to an all encompassing sweet mouth feel that offers notes of fruit and unique umami flavours. Always with a great dark chocolate with this one!!
