Ingredients:

  • 15g (3 tsp) Asia Beauty Oolong
  • 3 slices ginger peel
  • 50ml Coconut Milk
  • 3-5g (1 tsp) simple syrup to taste
  • 1 Large Ice block

Methods:

Place both tea and ginger in strainer basket. Add ambient water and place in fridge for min. 8 hours (max. 12 hours) with cap on firmly. Remove basket and add one part coconut milk to 4 parts cold brew in tall glass. Gently stir in simple syrup and pour over single large ice block. Option to garnish with large wedge of pineapple or glazed apple pieces.
