Mandarin peel, with its vibrant citrus zest, enters the narrative. Sun-kissed and carefully peeled, it adds a bright and uplifting note—a citrus symphony that harmonises with the depth of aged black tea and the earthiness of dandelion root. Peppermint dances into the blend with a cool breeze. Refreshing and invigorating, the peppermint leaves impart a crispness to the composition. Chamomile, with its delicate floral notes, weaves a lullaby into the blend. Carefully gathered blossoms bring a soothing quality, offering a gentle respite within the complexity of flavours. Short answer. It depends on the tea and how it is stored.
To keep your teas fresh, always store them well-sealed in a cool, dry, and dark place and generally as a guideline we recommend consuming within 3 years of purchase.

The caffeine content of tea varies depending on factors like water temperature and steeping time. On average:
Black tea: 40-70 mg per cup
Green tea: 20-45 mg per cup
Oolong tea: 30-50 mg per cup
White tea: 15-30 mg per cup
